Admissions Policies for Entry in 2021
The Governing Body of Reading School is currently consulting on its policies for 2021.
At the recent Full Governing Body meeting the governors decided to make some changes to the admissions policies for entry in 2021. When changes are proposed to admission arrangements, all admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements (including any supplementary information form) that will apply for admission applications the following school year.
The key changes to the policies are the changes to the Entry Requirements in the sixth form for overseas students; separating requirements for applicants from Reading School and applicants from other schools.
The key change for Non Routine is the addition of a paragraph relating to the home address.
All changes are highlighted in yellow and are subject to change following consultation. The final policies will be published no later than 28th February 2020.
The consultation must last for a minimum of 6 weeks and therefore if you have any comments regarding the proposed changes, please send to Caroline Mole, Executive Assistant: firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 20th December 2019 at 5.00pm.
