Year 4 local primary school pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds, are invited to spend a day at Reading School every July.  Activities include Languages Olympiad, STEM experiments, Bridge Building and Philosophy discussions. All sessions are run by Reading School teachers with the assistance of Year 9 pupils.
