5th February 2026 – More than 50 professionals, including employers, universities, apprenticeship providers, and industry specialists, generously gave their time to speak with our students, parents, staff, and visiting schools. Many travelled considerable distances from across the UK, with over half being current parents and Old Redingensians returning in true Reading School spirit to support and inspire the next generation.

This year’s expanded programme featured six keynote talks by outstanding speakers, reaching more than 1,450 pupils and parents. The event’s scale and diversity let students explore apprenticeships, university routes, summer jobs, and emerging careers.

We were especially proud of our students’ enthusiasm, curiosity, and thoughtfulness—and grateful to all who matched their energy with insight and encouragement at this key decision-making time.
