The acknowledgement we received last week of being named the State Secondary School of the Year South East by The Sunday Times’s Parent Power Schools Guide 2024, is a testament to the relentless dedication and tireless efforts of every member of our school community. It speaks of our shared commitment to nurturing a school environment of academic excellence, a deep-seated sustainable culture and continued collaboration. 

We welcomed Stefan Fafinski DL (OR1978 - 1985) who returned to Reading School as our guest speaker for the annual Frank Terry Memorial Lecture.

The Old Redingensians Association will be holding a service to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life, especially those fallen Old Redingensians.

Reading School’s Year 11 students received a fine set of results today, with 43.1% of all grades being awarded the highest ‘9’ grade; this is the culmination of 5 years of hard work and dedication in spite of the challenges that they were dealt.
